GENERAL INFORMATION
-	Please arrive at your appointment with at least 45 minutes in advance, so you can
	relax and enjoy our facilities which include: lockers and showers, bathrobes, slippers, amenities, vapor bath with eucalyptus, sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation room.
-	Clients who arrive late to their appointment will probably be unable to receive a full
	treatment.
-	We suggest you inform our therapist about your preferences such as the booth’s
	temperature, the amount of pressure and force of the massage, and even the music’s volume.
-	In order to fully benefit from the Spa’s tranquility, we appreciate if you could turn your
	cell phone off.
-	We recommend you secure your valuables since we will not be responsible for their
	loss or theft.
-	We recommend you avoid the use of contact lenses during facial treatments.
-	For your comfort, disposable underwear will be available for you before your body
	treatment or massage.
	All treatments in the Spa are subject to a 10% service charge.

CANCELATION POLICY
-	Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance at 302-2000 in the event you decide to
	cancel your appointment. Cancellations beyond this limit will be charged $30.00 dollars. Our SPA packages may not be modified. If you wish to create a customized treatment, our staff will be happy to help you.

PRICES
	Each service has been coded with a letter that corresponds to its price*: Code A: 25 min. ............ $ 56.16 Code B: 50 min. .............$ 114.66 Code C: 80 min. ............ $ 128.70 Code D: 105 min. .......... $ 173.16 Treatments include protocols and a tea ceremony.
